Danny Todd Mallicoat

Todd, the sole proprietor of Mallicoat Custom Homes, is a licensed general contractor in the State of Tennessee (License No. 57202). His company was established in 2006 and he has over 30 years of experience as an independent contractor in the residential construction industry. He is a veteran of the Air Force and spent his early career serving his community as a registered respiratory therapist at the Claiborne County Hospital in Tazewell, TN. His pursuit for a sense of purpose in his life led him to eventually transition his career to his personal passion, custom home building. He is responsible for overseeing construction, aiding in the procurement of subcontractors and vendors to perform segments of project construction; and ensuring that quality, schedule, and budget expectations are met.

Levi Hardy

Levi, the new Construction Project Manager at Mallicoat Custom Homes, brings vital expertise and energy to the custom home building team, particularly in Gatlinburg, TN. His role is crucial in translating clients’ blueprints into reality, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable process.
